Shipping policy and costs

Immediately after ordering and payment you will be informed about the expected day of delivery by email.
Stock items are usually delivered within 48 hours.
Products are delivered through PostNL parcel service.
You will receive the tracking number by email so you can track your order.
You always have to sign for your order at delivery.

Products that we do not have in stock, will be delivered as soon as possible.
We will e-mail you about the expected delivery time.

All deliveries are done by PostNL parcel service.
They deliver your order at daytime at the indicated shipping address.
If no one is present at time of delivery then the order will be delivered at the nearest post office.
The next day you will be able to pick it up there after 13:00H.

PostNL delivers on the following times:

Tuesdays / Fridays:    09.00-21.30
Saturday:                     Daytime
Sunday:                      No deliveries

Some of our stock products can not be delivered by parcel service.
The products that can not be send are products like cylinders and diving lead.
The high weight of these products will bring along too high shipping prices.
Also the chance of damaging in transport is very high.
